1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the website at kaannoun.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of KANNOUN LLC.
2. Services
KANNOUN LLC provides digital marketing services including but not limited to: search engine optimization (SEO), paid advertising (PPC), social media marketing, and content marketing. The specific scope of services for each client is defined in a separate service agreement or proposal.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of KANNOUN LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without our written permission.
Work product created for clients (e.g., ad creatives, content, reports) becomes the client's property upon full payment as specified in the individual service agreement.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and timely information necessary for us to deliver services
- Make payments on time as agreed in the service agreement
- Not use our services for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purposes
- Ensure they have rights to any materials (logos, images, content) provided to us
5. Payment & Refunds
Payment terms are outlined in the individual service agreement. KANNOUN LLC does not guarantee specific results (such as a particular ranking or revenue target), as digital marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and at our discretion.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KANNOUN LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability to any client shall not exceed the amount paid by that client in the three months prior to the claim.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive business information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the business relationship.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice as specified in that agreement. Upon termination, the client will be billed for all work completed up to the termination date.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kentucky, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Boone County, Kentucky.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
